As the air cooled and the days shortened, SolidStake settled naturally into the rhythm of autumn. The weeks unfolded gradually, bringing a gentle closeness that feels effortless. When the world outside grows colder and the warmth inside becomes more noticeable. This season became a collection of shared experiences from playful celebrations to thoughtful discussions, each adding a new layer to the team culture we continue to nurture.
Autumn reminded us that a strong community doesn’t appear overnight. It grows through small traditions and moments that slowly turn into lasting memories. This season offered plenty of those, brightening the darker days. By giving renewed purpose to the everyday rhythm of work.

Adding a Splash of Color
The CX team knows how to turn ordinary days into memorable ones. Once a month, they choose a theme color, show up in style, and infuse the office with energy.
Their most recent choice, orange, transformed the workspace with vibrant shades that reflected the season’s palette. This may seem like a small tradition but is carrying a big message: enthusiasm fuels great results. Later in the season, a Hawaii-themed day brought warmth and tropical vibes, sparking laughter and team spirit throughout the office.
What starts as simple fun, becomes a source of connection, influencing our culture far more than we might expect.
Game On: A Night of Friendly Competition
The playful energy continued with an e-sports evening, where colleagues faced off in FIFA, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike. The office buzzed with excitement as strategies were tested, goals were scored, and friendly rivalry took center stage.
Our colleagues executed clever plays or clutching key rounds, everyone brought their best. Special congratulations go to Raul Calugaru, Alia Al Ani, Andrei Tatu, Mario Damoc and Surubaru Gabriel, for their standout performances.
But the highlight wasn’t just the victories, it was the teamwork that turned friendly competition into a memorable evening, strengthening the bonds within the team.
A Spooky Celebration
No autumn would be complete without Halloween festivities. Across the office, colleagues embraced the season’s spirit with costumes ranging from clever to spooky to delightfully unexpected. The day was filled with themed snacks, festive music, and a lighthearted costume contest.
Special recognition went to Alia Al Ani, Giulia Pescar and Codrin Pleșa for their standout outfits, showcasing their unique vision. The celebration did more than mark an occasion, it brought creativity to life in every corner.
Learning With Intention
Beyond the celebrations, the CX team embraced opportunities for growth. Our book club explored Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection , inspiring thoughtful conversations about vulnerability and authenticity. Next, they will dive into Difficult Conversations by Douglas Stone, developing strategies for stronger communication both within the team and with clients reinforcing skill development.
A Season to Be Grateful For
Perhaps the best reflection on the season came from Alexandra Pătrăuș: “I feel grateful to work with such passionate and dedicated people, and I am proud to be a part of SolidStake’s journey.”
