Position Overview:

Performance Marketing drives digital user acquisition by optimizing existing channels and testing new, innovative approaches. We work across desktop and mobile, leveraging SEO, Paid Media, Paid Social and App Marketing. Our strategy spans the full acquisition funnel, combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, precise measurement, and efficient budget allocation, all focused on maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Develop and oversee campaigns across channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Use data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

  • Lead Go-To-Market initiatives, tailoring propositions to each market.

  • Guide and support the marketing team, setting objectives and fostering development.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations in Sweden and Denmark.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Proven track record across marketing channels, including Search (SEO & PPC), Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, and App Marketing (ASO, ASA & UAC).

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in iGaming; Scandinavian market knowledge preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and measurement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
