Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team and help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines that empower analytics, reporting, and product innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to collect, transform, and deliver high-quality data.

  • Build and optimize data models, data warehouses, and streaming solutions to support analytics and machine learning use cases.

  • Collaborate with analysts and product teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).

  • Monitor and improve data infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

  • Implement best practices for data governance, version control, and documentation.

  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • iGaming industry experience (player tracking, fraud detection, compliance reporting, real-time game data pipelines) will be considered a strong plus, as it provides valuable context for high-volume, real-time transactional data and regulatory requirements.

  • Exposure to big data ecosystems and streaming analytics.

  • Experience with modern data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
