Position Overview:

If you’re someone who gets excited by the combination of deep data analysis and commercial performance, this role will be a strong fit.

You enjoy going beyond surface-level reporting, identifying trends, diagnosing performance issues, and turning data-backed insights into actions with key stakeholders that improve business outcomes.

Partnering closely with CRM, VIP, Operations, and Affiliate teams, you’ll help shape decisions by providing a clear view on what is driving performance and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing timely analysis and insight on emerging trends and adhoc business needs, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions when it matters most

  • Monitor and analyse key commercial performance metrics (e.g. FTDs, deposits, ROI), proactively identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities

  • Continuously evolve commercial reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into performance fluctuations across acquisition channels, CRM activity, and market-level trends, identifying root causes and recommended actions

  • Partner closely with CRM, VIP, Operations, and Affiliate teams to analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, providing insights that shape engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies

  • Generate customer behaviour insights (segmentation, lifecycle movement, product engagement) to support the development of more effective player journeys and commercial strategies

  • Identify inefficiencies and performance gaps across the commercial funnel, challenging assumptions and driving data-backed recommendations to improve outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, enhancing clarity, reducing noise, and enabling faster insight discovery

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a commercial analyst, business analyst, data analyst or related function within the iGaming industry

  • Strong analytical capability – you excel at working with large datasets to uncover and simplify issues, opportunities and generate actionable insights

  • Proficiency in BI Tools such as PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau or others (we use Tableau)

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related quantitative field

  • You possess the ability to simplify and present complex insights to a wide variety of stakeholders
