Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to support our CRM and operational communications. This role requires deep hands-on knowledge of email deliverability, warm-up strategy included.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Own and continuously improve email deliverability performance across all CRM and transactional email streams

  • Monitor and protect sender, domain, and IP reputation using leading tools (Google Postmaster, SNDS, Yahoo Postmaster, Talos, etc.)

  • Design, manage, and execute IP/domain warm-up plans when onboarding new brands, ESPs, and markets

  • Implement and maintain authentication and security best practices including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, TLS

  • Enforce list hygiene and permission policies (bounce handling, GDPR-compliant consent, spam complaint mitigation)

  • Investigate deliverability issues and collaborate with ESPs/ISPs when necessary

  • Work closely with CRM and content teams to ensure subject lines, templates, frequency, and audience targeting align with inbox best practices

  • Build deliverability dashboards, maintain performance KPIs, and communicate insights proactively

  • Advise on evolving compliance and spam frameworks affecting regulated and pre-regulated territories (GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)

  • Drive ongoing testing and performance optimisation (sending cadence, sender domains, segmentation, templates)

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Proven email deliverability experience in high-volume send environments

  • Demonstrated expertise with IP/domain warm-ups, sender reputation recovery, and inbox placement improvement

  • Hands-on experience with all major ESPs

  • Strong understanding of DNS, list management, spam filtering logic, and data permission principles

  • Skilled in diagnosing root causes of deliverability issues across tech/content/data layers

  • Self-directed, data-driven mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, finance, or SaaS

  • Familiarity with CDPs and email event tracking
